At TOP PAW ART, every portrait is custom hand-painted to order. Please allow time for order confirmation, painting, preview, and shipping.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your portrait details, including your photo, portrait style, size, number of pets, and any important notes.
Painting will begin after the portrait details are confirmed.
Production Time
Once the details are confirmed, your custom oil portrait usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
Production time may vary depending on portrait size, style, number of pets, order volume, holidays, or special requests.
Preview Before Shipping
Before shipping, we will send you a preview of the finished portrait.
At this stage, you may request minor adjustments before the artwork is packed and shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your preview is approved, your portrait will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 7-12 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
TOP PAW ART is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Packages
If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Our portraits are shipped as canvas only. Frame not included.
