TOP PAW ART creates custom hand-painted pet oil portraits from customer-submitted photos. By placing an order, you confirm that the photos and details you provide can be used to create your commissioned artwork.

Please provide clear, accurate reference photos. We may use multiple submitted photos to understand your pet's expression, markings, posture, and personality.

We send a preview before shipping. Minor adjustments can be requested before shipment, but major changes outside the original order scope may require extra time or a custom quote.

Orders begin after checkout is completed and the required portrait details are provided. Pricing may vary by size, number of pets, portrait style, and custom requirements.

Finished portraits ship as unframed canvas. Delivery timing depends on painting progress, preview approval, destination, and carrier conditions.

Because each portrait is custom artwork, returns and cancellations are handled according to our Returns Policy.
