Preview first
We send a preview before shipping so you can review the finished painting and request minor adjustments before it leaves the studio.
Damage in transit
If your canvas arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and artwork so we can review the issue.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once painting has started, cancellation options may be limited because artist time has already been reserved.
