Each TOP PAW ART portrait is hand-painted to order from your pet’s photo. Because every painting is custom-made specifically for you, all orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Before your portrait ships, we will send you a preview by email. At this stage, you may request minor adjustments, such as small refinements to color, details, or composition.

Once the preview is approved and the portrait has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom artwork.

If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Can I request changes before it ships?

Absolutely. We send you a preview of the finished painting before it leaves our studio. If you'd like minor adjustments—a tweak to the expression, background tone, or small details—we're happy to make them. We want you to love the final piece.
