We do not rush a custom pet portrait through a factory process. Each order moves through photo review, painting, preview, careful packing, and shipment.

Preview before shipping
We send a preview before the canvas leaves the studio. Minor changes can add a little extra time, but they help make the portrait feel right.
Shipping
After approval, your unframed canvas is packed carefully and shipped to your door. Delivery timing depends on destination and carrier conditions.
